Cape Cod Bathroom

These home owners were looking to completely renovate the one and only bathroom in their Cape Cod Style home. Their main requests were to keep everything where it is ( plumbing, door, window, radiator), WHITE was a must and to keep in under budget. The rendering and revisions required approximately two and half months to complete. Once the final layout was approved by the home owner it was time to proceed with sourcing, purchasing and delivery of all items ( which took approximately 4-6 weeks). After all items were delivered, the contractor was then able to come in and complete the project in approximately 8 days.

Keeping track of lead times and project timeline can be challenging, but is a must when working on tight deadlines. Time is money and when your contractor is booked before and after you, everything needs to be ready for installation or delays will be inevitable. Thankfully, when the demo was completed, there were very few and minor surprises discovered that were quickly remedied with a trip to the Depot. This project was completed in approximately 3.5 months from start to finish.
