Primary Suite Update

These home owners decided to renovate their primary bedroom by elevating the ceiling height, refinishing the floors and changing the layout of their primary closet and bathroom. The updates were led and designed by one of the home owners. Once their contractor finished with the remodel they reached to me for assistance with color selection, space layout, styling of furniture pieces they already purchased and finding remaining furnishings. Items such as the bed frame, bedside dressers, and a large dresser wardrobe where already purchased.

I provided them with a 3D rendering of their primary suite and 2 layout options that best fit their furniture, room layout, functional needs and style preferences. Room color and trim style was updated in the rendering to better meet their style, compliment the finish of their light colored oak furniture and floors, and the purple/grey tone of their tufted velvet king bed. My role in this project was to provide a visual guide/ styling for a home owner who already had an idea of what they wanted in their space, but needed assistance with visualizing the options.

This home owner is an active participant in finding her own furnishings and utilizes my consultation services for guidance during the process. This room update is still in progress as scouting for furniture and lead times have significantly impacted product availability, cost and shipping.
